The community will be undergoing a rewiring project at the guard house. Project start date will commence on Wednesday, November 8th - November 10th, 2023. Please be advised that gate functionality will be suspended along with the checkpoint application. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

Gate Pass Issue Suspended - 12Jun23

Due to a manufacturer's defect, which is actively being addressed by all parties involved, the further issuance of all resident gate access passes – windshield stickers and transponders ("wands") – is suspended after 2:00pm on Monday, June 12, until further notice. Correspondence will follow once issuance resumes. Thank you for your understanding .


Front Gate Reopening Notice

The front gate will resume operation on Wednesday, May 31, and will be manned from that date. All current passes should continue to work... see more.

Update May 6, 2023 

The Direct Bore was successful yesterday. Simmonds Electrical will be returning Monday to pull the wire and clean up the area. Once that’s complete, Simmonds will be able to call in for the inspection and arrange for the FPL connection.


Update May 4, 2023 

On Friday morning, May 5th, the much anticipated boring of new electrical cables for the front gate will begin. The boring itself is a one day project. Following the boring the electrical company can lay the wires, complete the hookup, contact FPL and get the final inspection from the County. We will keep you informed as details become available.

Update April 21, 2023 

A contract with Simmonds Electric to bore under the road and install the new electrical cable necessary to operate the gates was signed on March 23, and the permit was issued by Collier County on April 19.  Simmonds is in the process of scheduling the necessary sub-contractors to get the work started.

Update February 25, 2023

FPL disconnected the power to the guard house at around 1pm on Wednesday, February 23, and Statewide Security removed the security officer from the guard gate as there was no electricity. Statewide will not be providing a guard until the power has been restored. The GIB is not being charged when no guard is present. The date when power will be restored is unknown. Our electrical contractor attempted to re-wire the underground Thursday morning with no success. We should know by the end of the week if new trenching and conduit will need to be installed.

Update on Front Gate January 24, 2023

  • The gate is now manned 24/7.
  • During the installation of the gates an electrical problem was discovered in the underground wiring from the guardhouse to the 2 new gate towers. The electrician is scheduled  to have the repairs completed by February 3rd or sooner.
  • Before becoming fully operational, passes for new owners and guests need to be issued and recorded. The Guard House Committee will be meeting next week to finalize plans for the full reopening.

 Please note that going forward we will be using this website to communicate with residents and will commit to doing so on a timely basis.
